Program Description
The Human Resource Management N4–N6 national certificate course at Sedibeng TVET College teaches workforce recruitment, staff training, and labour relations. It requires a Grade 12 or NC(V) Level 4 certificate and spans 18 months of theory plus 18 months of practical work.
